At PRT FARM, all products sold on our website are digital products, including but not limited to digital files, online services, license or account details, and social media accounts. Because these products are delivered digitally and can be accessed, used, changed, copied, transferred, or modified immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Before purchasing, please carefully check the product title, description, price, quantity, requirements, account details, and any other information shown on the product page. Customers are responsible for making sure they understand what they are buying before completing payment.

3. Digital and Account Products

Due to the nature of digital products and social media accounts, ownership and access can be changed after delivery, including password changes, email changes, recovery detail changes, profile changes, or other account modifications. For this reason, we cannot accept refund requests after the product has been delivered.

If there is a delivery issue, such as missing product details or incorrect access information at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We may review the issue and provide assistance or a replacement at our discretion. This does not mean a refund will be issued.
